2025

A story of courage, collaboration and innovation

As the year comes to a close, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments our team has made in 2025. When I look back on 2025, I do so with great pride. This year has shown what we can achieve when we stand united, when we dare to challenge ourselves, and when we take responsibility both as individuals and as a global team. Our values have not only guided us, they have carried us.

We are inclusive. We are One Axelent
Despite being a global organisation with subsidiaries around the world, we continue to feel like a family. In 2025, we deepened our collaboration across borders, sharing knowledge, expertise and true commitment. Through teamwork and mutual respect, we strengthened our culture and demonstrated that our diversity is one of our greatest strengths.

We are brave and passionate, and we deliver real solutions
This year has been a year of courage. Courage to challenge old ways of working. Courage to try new things and courage to think bigger. We continued to refine and expand our offering to meet our customers’ real needs, providing safety solutions for factories, warehouses and properties worldwide. It is not about theoretical perfection, it is about practical improvements that truly matter in daily industrial operations.

We take responsibility for people, quality and the planet
We deepened our engagement in sustainable innovation through our partnership with the JU Solar Team, supporting the next generation of technology and bold thinkers. Axelent Group is the main sponsor of the JU Solar Team from Jönköping University, a partnership that began in 2019. Since 2012, university students have taken on the challenge of designing and building a car powered entirely by solar energy to compete in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australia. What a race they delivered with eighth place in the world and a new Swedish and Nordic record.

During the year, we also launched our own podcast, Let’s Talk Safety, making expert knowledge more accessible and positioning Axelent as a thought leader in workplace safety across industries. We were also honoured when Axelent was recognised by EY as Entrepreneur of the Year in the East Sweden region. A testament to our people, our progress, and the strength of our long-term vision.

Looking ahead together

Our ambition remains clear. To create the safest workplaces in the world, to be the best partner for our customers and suppliers and to offer our employees an environment where they can grow, develop and make an impact. Behind the scenes, our teams are working on one of the most ambitious initiatives in Axelent’s recent history. We look forward to sharing more during 2026.

To our customers: Thank you for your trust.
To our employees: Thank you for your heart and drive.
To our partners: Thank you for your long-term commitment.

Now we take the next step. Together.
