Meet our new colleague Nicole Randazzo - Axelent Italy

Tell us a little bit about you background?
After my graduation, I decided to live for a year in the USA. I’ve always wanted to improve my English, live in a different culture and meet people from all over the world. When I came back to Italy I worked as planning coordinator in a big cosmetic retail company, here I discovered my path in the commercial world, oriented to sales  management.

What is your role at Axelent Italy?
In Axelent I’m customer support. I follow the customer during the design phase, I quote projects and I keep relationship with the customer. I am also in charge to manage deliveries and claims. I support Italy team with sales analysis: I like to monitor the performance that Axelent Italy is having among the months or years and do reports about our customers.

What is a typical day?
Typical days in Axelent Italy are usually very busy but in the same time really funny. Italy team is composed by great people who can help each other to find the perfect solutions for the customers and for our business.

What attracted you to Axelent?
I’ve always been fascinated by international companies, Axelent’s horizonal structure gives to its staff the feeling that we are in a big family where you can make the difference no matter where you are.
